Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer machine for a multi-stage forging-press machine capable of integrally moving multiple chuck units to a position allowing an easy replacement work to allow the easy replacement work for chuck claws.SOLUTION: A transfer machine for multi-stage forging-press machine comprises: multiple chuck units 42 holding work-pieces; slide plates 38, 40 holding the chuck units 42 and horizontally movable; a servo-motor for horizontal drive connected to the slide plates 38, 40 via link units, and applying a horizontal drive force thereto; a base plate 34 holding the slid plates 38, 40; and rotationally move means 81 rotating the base plate 34 about a horizontal axis line. The multiple chuck units 42 are rotationally moved together with the base plate 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
