Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube with a coupling such that the tube has good external appearance and the tube and coupling are excellently bonded together in one.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a tube with a coupling that consists of the tube and the coupling formed at least at one place of the tube, the tube with the coupling being characterized in that a part located at least on an outermost surface of the tube includes a styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene-based copolymer as a constituent material, the coupling includes a crystallized polystyrene resin as a constituent material, and the tube and the coupling are bonded together. The tube with the coupling has the tube composed of an inner layer and an outer layer, which are bonded together, the styrene content of the outer layer of the tube being 30-70 wt.%. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing the tube with the coupling in which the inner layer and the outer layer are subjected to co-extrusion and then co-crosslinking, the tube has the coupling formed through injection molding, and then the tube and the coupling are bonded together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
