Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrafine bubble manufacturing method and a device thereof, by developing an efficient production method of fine bubble water.SOLUTION: An ultrafine bubble manufacturing method by vacuum cavitation is equipped with two pumps of a primary pump 5 and a secondary pump 14. The two pumps sandwich a resonance ejector 10 and a resonance foaming device 12 for jetting a microbubble, and a water quantity discharged from the primary pump, the resonance ejector, and the resonance foaming device is restrained by the resonance ejector for generating a vacuum, and a suction water quantity of the secondary pump is larger than a water quantity discharged from the resonance ejector, and the vacuum is created in the whole water system after jetting a microbubble generated by the primary pump, the resonance ejector and the resonance foaming device by strength of suction force of the secondary pump, and the microbubble produced by generation of the vacuum is expanded to several times or several tens of times, and a bubble is further finely crushed by the vacuum and cavitation of an impeller of the secondary pump and a casing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
