To provide a deterioration determination device for the uninterruptible power supply, a deterioration determination program for the uninterruptible power supply, and a deterioration determination method of the uninterruptible power supply capable of determining deterioration of a cooling unit with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: A deterioration determination device includes a determination unit 5 that executes a deterioration curve creation process for receiving usage progress information indicating the usage history, usage environment information indicating the environment used, and cooling unit deterioration information indicating deterioration of a cooling unit from a plurality of uninterruptible power supply units 2, and creating a deterioration curve indicating the deterioration of the cooling unit 28 based on the cooling unit deterioration information with respect to the progress based on the usage progress information for each usage environment based on the received usage environment information, and a deterioration determination process for determining the deterioration states of the plurality of uninterruptible power supply units 2 on the basis of the deterioration curve created by the deterioration curve creation process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
