Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for accurately reproducing the immune reaction of an allergic drug-induced liver injury.SOLUTION: A method of evaluating an allergic drug-induced liver injury includes a step of coculturing, in a culture medium comprising a test object medicine, a subject-derived immune cell with a hepatocyte expressing a drug-metabolizing enzyme in such a manner that they are separated from each other by a film that does not allow a cell to pass through but allows a medicine and its metabolite to pass through, and a step of analyzing an immune cell after the first step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
