Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve sheet leak inspection device and a valve sheet leak inspection method that can easily inspect valve sheet leak.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a first acoustic sensor for detecting vibration in a first pipe located on a downstream side of a direction in which a fluid flows with respect to a valve sheet; a detection unit for detecting a difference obtained by withholding background vibration from the vibration of the first pipe; and a determination unit for determining the presence of leaking of the fluid in the valve sheet on the basis of the value of the difference associated with a determined frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
