Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical report device for magnesium heat reduction, in which a retort itself can be inserted in and out in a vertical direction with respect to a heating furnace and which can reduce under an inert gas supply.SOLUTION: A retort 7 is divided into a bow 8 and a body part 9, of which the bow 8 is disposed in an upper opening 3 of an upper wall 2 of a heating furnace 1, and only a body part 9 charged with a material is so constructed that can be vertically inserted into and out of the inside of the heating furnace 1 from a lower opening 6 of a lower wall 5. Thanks to a structure, in which an introduction pipe 29 is coupled to the lower opening 6 of the lower wall 5 by a bayonet structure, the installation operation of the body part 9 into the heating furnace 1 is facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
