PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet sheet whose pop-up properties have been improved by suppressing friction force between sheets, and a wet sheet package in which the wet sheets are laminated and stored.SOLUTION: In a wet sheet W in which a base material sheet S is impregnated with medicinal liquid for a wet sheet, the base material sheet S includes a high fiber density region 22 and a low fiber density region 21 whose fiber density is smaller than that of the high fiber density region 22, and the medicinal liquid for a wet sheet contains silicone oil within a range of 0.1-5.0 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
