Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and safeguarded interchangeable wristband system for a watch or an item of jewelry.SOLUTION: A watch or an item of jewelry comprises a case or setting 1 comprising a main slot 2 and second slots 3 that enable attachment of wristbands comprising an end link 10 with an end piece 56 with studs 30 arranged to cooperate in a complementary manner with the second slots. This link comprises a lock with a slide catch 51 arranged to cooperate with minimal play with the main slot in a locking position. The slide catch is moved by elastic restoring means 52 towards the main slot. The lock comprises intrinsic unlocking means with a pushbutton 54 operable by a user, thereby moving this slide catch away from the main slot and controlling an unlocking of the lock by retraction of the slide catch by an application of pressure to the pushbutton.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
