Abstract:
The present invention provides a 2H-benzotriazole derivative, a preparation method therefor, and a pharmaceutical composition containing same, belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a 2H-benzotriazole derivative represented by formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutical composition containing same, and use thereof in the preparation of a medicament for treating and/or preventing premature ejaculation. By means of in-vivo activity test research, the 2H-benzotriazole derivative of the present invention has a remarkable anti-premature ejaculation effect; and compared with an existing clinical medicament dapoxetine which is uniquely approved to be sold in the market, the effect of the 2H-benzotriazole derivative is significantly higher than that of the medicament dapoxetine which is sold, and the 2H-benzotriazole derivative has remarkable treatment characteristics and substantive technical progress. The 2H-benzotriazole derivative of the present invention or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has a wide research and application prospect in the aspect of serving as a medicament for treating premature ejaculation.
