Abstract:
Disclosed is a 3C modularization method for building design, fabrication and construction. The method comprises: (1) dividing a building into three main body modules: a PC module, an RC module and an ALC module; (2) separating each main body module into specific building component standard modules; (3) with regard to each main body module, a designer performing modeling and calculation and making drawings so that each main body module includes information, such as a complete figure, performance parameters, a detailed list, a fabrication process and a construction process; (4) using a big data platform to construct a standardized 3C module database shared by the whole industry; (5) importing the information of the main body module in step (3) into the standardized 3C module database in step (4); (6) the building designer selecting a building component standard module from the standardized 3C module database for performing matching; and (7) directly invoking related data from the building component standard module to perform fabrication and construction. By means of the method, the modularization, standardization, universalization and informatization of a building are achieved.
