Abstract:
Disclosed is a modularization method for building design, fabrication and construction. The method comprises: (1) dividing a building into different standard modules; (2) with regard to each standard module, a designer performing modeling and calculation and making drawings so that each standard module includes information, i.e. a complete figure, a detailed list, performance parameters, a fabrication process and a construction process; (3) using a big data platform to construct a standardized module library shared by the whole industry; (4) importing the information in the standard module in steps (1) and (2) into the module library in step (3); (5) the building designer selecting, from the module library constructed by the big data platform and by means of a search engine, a standard module that complies with the requirements of a building scheme thereof so as to perform matching; and (6) directly invoking related data of fabrication and construction from the selected standard module, to perform fabrication and construction. By means of the modularization method, redundant workloads in design, fabrication and construction links are reduced, thereby improving efficiency, protecting the environment, improving quality and achieving modularization, standardization, universalization and informatization.
