Abstract:

A 3D lighting based colorful LED light bar comprises a transparent base material (1), and LED tube cores (2) without back plating, the LED tube cores being arranged on the transparent base material (1) in a die bond manner. The surfaces of two ends of the transparent base material (1) are coated with silver paste layers (3) and metal pins (4) are fixed to the silver paste layers (3) at the two ends of the transparent base material (1). The LED tube cores (2) are connected through gold wires (5) and are also connected with the silver paste layers (3) through the gold wires (5). The transparent base material (1) provided with the LED tube cores (2) in the die bond manner is coated with a transparent protective layer (6). The 3D lighting based colorful LED light bar is long in service life, economic and durable, and high in color rendering property. The 3D lighting based colorful LED light bar is mainly used as a lighting body of an LED decorative light and is applicable to the decorative light sources and the lamps for creating colorful lighting atmosphere for a restaurant, a boite, a bar, a shopping mall, a singing hall, a dance hall and other entertainment venues and shopping centers. The 3D lighting based colorful LED light bar does not have the defect of single directional lighting and can emit light in 360 degrees, so that the irradiation range can be expanded while the illumination intensity is ensured.
