Abstract:
A 3D printing apparatus and method for coating using release film flat pushing liquid. The 3D printing apparatus comprises: a liquid tank (1) which is used for accommodating a liquid resin (6) for printing and provided with a body area and an extension area, wherein the extension area is arranged on one side of the top of the body area; a printing platform (2) which is used for bearing a printing sample (7) and extends into the body area of the liquid tank (1); and a release film assembly (3) which comprises a release film and a release film drive assembly, wherein the release film drive assembly is used for driving the release film to translate, such that the release film moves between the body area or the extension area. The apparatus has the beneficial effects that 1, errors caused by introduction of rapid leveling components such as a hob are eliminated, and the printing quality is improved; 2, the release film flat pushing can be performed once to obtain the accurate layer thickness, and the printing efficiency is improved; and 3, when the printing platform is assembled and disassembled, the release film moves to the extension area of the liquid tank and does not need to be disassembled, such that the operation is simpler and more convenient.
