Abstract:
Provided are 4-methyl-1-pentene polymer particles (X) which satisfy requirements (X-a), (X-b), and (X-c).
(X-a) The content of structural units derived from 4-methyl-1-pentene of a 4-methyl-1-pentene polymer that composes the particles (X) is 30.0 to 99.7 mol%, and the content of structural units derived from at least one olefin selected from ethylene and α-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms (excluding 4-methyl-1-pentene) is 0.3 to 70.0 mol%.
(X-b) There is at least one peak A of an amount of eluted component in the range of 100 to 140°C and at least one peak B of an amount of eluted component at less than 100°C when measured by a cross-fractionation chromatography (CFC) device using an infrared spectrophotometer as the detection unit.
(X-c) A meso diad fraction (m) measured by 13C-NMR is in the range of 95.0 to 100%.
