Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of 5G millimeter wave communications. Disclosed are a 5G dual-band upper frequency mixer with amplification and frequency mixing function switching, and a terminal. A first double-balanced active frequency mixer and a second double-balanced active frequency mixer are connected in series, two ends of the first double-balanced active frequency mixer are respectively connected to a first transformer and a second transformer, and two ends of the second double-balanced active frequency mixer are respectively connected to the second transformer and a third transformer; the first double-balanced active frequency mixer is provided with a first MOS transistor and a fourth transformer that is connected to the first MOS transistor; and the second double-balanced active frequency mixer is provided with a second MOS transistor and a fifth transformer that is connected to the second MOS transistor. In the present invention, two double-balanced active frequency mixers are connected in series, the later-stage frequency mixer can be switched to an amplifier function by means of controlling a bias voltage and an alternating-current signal switch, such that the whole frequency mixer can perform frequency mixing once or frequency mixing twice, so as to respectively correspond to radio-frequency signals of two bands, and thus dual-band upper frequency mixing can be realized.
