Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a 5G millimeter-wave dual-band dual-mode mixer and a wireless communication terminal. In the 5G millimeter-wave dual-band dual-mode mixer, a first MOS transistor is connected to a source of a second MOS transistor and a source of a third MOS transistor by means of a drain, and the first MOS transistor is connected to a drain of a fourth MOS transistor by means of the drain; the second MOS transistor is connected to one end of a first capacitor by means of a gate, and the other end of the first capacitor is connected to a drain of the third MOS transistor; the third MOS transistor is connected to one end of a second capacitor by means of a gate, and the other end of the second capacitor is connected to a drain of the second MOS transistor. In the present invention, on the basis of a single-balanced mixer structure, two frequency mixing modes comprising local oscillator fundamental wave mixing and local oscillator second harmonic mixing are provided; an intermediate frequency is outputted by differential mode and common mode extraction; down-conversion of two frequency band signals is achieved using one mixer, and mutual interference between the two frequency band signals is suppressed; large power and area consumption will not be caused.
