Abstract:
Disclosed is an abamectin B2a solvated crystal, which belongs to the technical field of agricultural chemicals. By means of X-ray single crystal diffraction, it is determined that: the crystal structure is a monoclinic system; a space group is P1 21 1; crystal cell parameters are a=15.4633 (2) Å, b=13.5607 (2) Å, c=16.8368 (3) Å, α=90°, β=98.775(1)°, γ=90°, and Z=2; and the crystal cell volume is 3489.24 (9) Å3. The X-ray powder diffraction pattern of the crystal indicated by a 2-theta angle under Cu-Ka radiation at 25℃ is as shown in figure 1. In the crystal provided in the present invention, the defect of poor thermal stability of amorphous abamectin B2a is overcome, thereby improving the thermal stability of abamectin B2a, and same has the advantages of a high storage temperature and being convenient to use, store, and transport.
