Abstract:
Provided are an abnormality detection system, a solid fuel milling device, and an abnormality detection method which make it possible that a sensor, which detects abnormalities in a roller journal bearing, does not easily fail. The abnormality detection system is an abnormality detection system for a roller journal bearing (59) which supports, in a rollable manner, a milling roller (13) that is received in a housing (11) and mills the solid fuel with a milling table, the housing forming the outer shell of the solid fuel milling device. The abnormality detection system comprises: a sensor unit (80) which is installed in a leading end part positioned in an outer side of the housing (11) of a journal head (45) that supports the milling roller (13) via the roller journal bearing (59) and is mounted on the housing (11), and senses information generated in the journal head (45) by the rolling of the milling roller (13); and a detection part which detects abnormalities in the roller journal bearing (59) on the basis of the information sensed by the sensing unit (80).
