Abstract:
An acid-insoluble slag backwashing apparatus and a use method thereof. The apparatus has a novel structure and comprises a first filter pressing device (100), a feeding device (200), a cleaning tower (300), a pumping device (400) and a second filter pressing device (500) which are sequentially arranged along a feeding path. The first filter pressing device (100) performs filter pressing on acid-insoluble slag, collects a filtrate, scatters a filter residue and then conveys to the feeding device (200). The feeding device (200) conveys and lifts the acid-insoluble slag, and feeds same into the cleaning tower (300) for partition cleaning. The cleaned materials are sent to the pumping device (400) by means of a first confluence pipe (610), and the pumping device (400) pumps the materials to the second filter pressing device (500) which performs filter pressing, collects a filtrate, and discharges a filter residue. By building a mechanical structure matched with a technological process of primary filter pressing-acid-insoluble slag backwashing-secondary filter pressing, the acid-insoluble slag may be subjected to secondary cleaning, and rare earth raw materials adhered to the surface of the acid-insoluble slag can be recycled. Continuous work can be performed in the whole recovery process, the space can be fully utilized, thereby achieving multiple and synchronous processing and improving the recovery processing efficiency.
