Abstract:
A permanent magnet traction motor. According to the present invention, a heating value is small, a fully closed structure can be used, cooling is achieved by means of a cooling water channel formed in a stator housing, and external impurities are prevented from entering the interior and reducing the reliability. A rotor iron core is formed by laminating a plurality of rotor punching sheets; each rotor punch sheet is provided with a plurality of magnetic pole areas in a centrosymmetric manner about a circle center, and each magnetic pole area is symmetrically provided with a first magnetic steel hole and a second magnetic steel hole, so that permanent magnets are symmetrically placed; water drop-shaped magnetic isolation holes with large outer ends and small inner ends are formed, and the magnetic isolation holes are respectively in communication with the first magnetic steel holes and the second magnetic steel holes to form inner magnetic isolation bridges; and stress is shared by means of the two inner magnetic isolation bridges, so that the permanent magnet traction motor can be better suitable for a vehicle in a full-load working condition, balance of mechanical properties and electrical properties is achieved, the torque is larger under the full load, the starting performance is better, and the faster driving vehicle speed can be achieved. The electric wheel vehicle provided in the present invention drives electric vehicle wheels to rotate by means of the permanent magnet motor to achieve vehicle traveling, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
