Abstract:
The present application discloses an acoustic artificial structure-based particle sorting method, device, and apparatus and a storage medium therefor. The method comprises: by means of ultrasonic excitation, enabling an acoustic artificial structure to resonate; injecting into a flow chamber a sample to be separated, and utilizing acoustic radiation force generated by a strongly localized sound field of resonance to capture, in the acoustic artificial structure, particles of said sample having a radiation force greater than a threshold value; and collecting particles flowing out of the flow chamber, the particles having a radiation force less than the threshold value. The described solution provided by the present application eliminates the need to use a sheath flow or other methods to focus a sample. Thus, the channel can be wider, and the processing throughput is higher. Compared with a surface wave device, the device used in the solution is low in manufacturing cost. The artificial structure can be freely replaced, and is flexible and convenient.
