Abstract:

Embodiments of the present application provide a communication method and apparatus. The method is applied to a terminal device, and comprises: when the successfully completed small data transmission (SDT) process comprises an SDT exception, recording SDT process parameters; and reporting the SDT process parameters to a network device. The SDT process parameters are recorded and reported when the SDT process is successfully completed.
