Abstract:
An actinic-ray-curable ink that contains photopolymerizable monomers, a photopolymerization initiator, and a colorant. The photopolymerizable monomers include monomers A1 that have a surface tension of no more than 31.0 mN/m, and the average surface tension of the photopolymerizable monomers is no more than 31.0 mN/m. The actinic-ray-curable ink also contains no more than 0.01 mass% of a surfactant relative to the total mass of the actinic-ray-curable ink. An ink set and an image recording method.
