Abstract:
Each of active material particles according to one aspect of the present invention has an active material matrix and a coating layer that covers at least a part of the surface of the active material matrix; the coating layer contains an oxide that contains lithium atoms and titanium atoms; and the content of the lithium atoms relative to the titanium atoms in the oxide is more than 1 but not more than 4 in terms of the molar ratio.
