Abstract:
An active speed limit control method for an electric vehicle, the method comprising: when a vehicle is in a powered-on state, acquiring the current vehicle speed and a target speed limit of the vehicle; when it is determined that the vehicle meets a condition for speed limit control, according to the current vehicle speed and the target speed limit, determining that the vehicle is speeding; and if the vehicle is speeding, according to a difference value between the current vehicle speed and the target speed limit, calculating a first target driving force of the vehicle, and controlling the current vehicle speed of the vehicle on the basis of the first target driving force. By means of the method, the maximum driving force is calculated to balance the current driving resistance, so as to achieve the speed limit; by means of the speed limit method, when a vehicle crosses a bridge or travels up or down a slope, etc., and the driving resistance changes rapidly, the vehicle can keep traveling at the target speed limit; and when the vehicle travels at the target speed limit, the vehicle speed changes smoothly, and the driving feeling is relatively good, thereby avoiding speeding of the vehicle and a power insufficiency which are caused by the fluctuations in the vehicle speed due to a rapid change in the driving resistance. The present application further relates to an active speed limit control apparatus for an electric vehicle.
