Abstract:
An active switch array substrate, a manufacturing method for same, and a liquid crystal panel. The active switch array substrate comprises: a first base substrate (100); a first insulating layer (102) provided on the first base substrate (100); a plurality of active switches (208) provided on the first insulating layer (102); a first planarization layer (104) provided on the first insulating layer (102) and covering the active switches (208); a color filter layer (202) provided on the first planarization layer (104) and comprising a plurality of parallel first, second, and third photoresist layers (203); a plurality of dummies (32, 33, 34) having a material identical to that of the third photoresist layer (203) and formed on the first or second photoresist layer; and a pixel electrode layer (105) provided on the color filter layer (202) and covering the dummies (32, 33, 34).
