Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to facilitate presenting, to a subject, an appropriate activity to be performed. An activity assistant method has a generation step (S2), an acquisition step (S4), and a presentation step (S5). The generation step (S2) is a step in which an activity menu for the subject is generated by one or more processors on the basis of input physical information. The acquisition step (S4) is a step in which the activity menu generated in the generation step (S2) is acquired via a network. The presentation step (S5) is a step in which the activity menu acquired in the acquisition step (S4) is presented.
