Abstract:
The present invention provides an acupressure instrument set that can effectively alleviate, eliminate, or prevent shoulder stiffness, and a method for using the same. This acupressure instrument set (1A) comprises a center support (3) and left and right acupressure instruments (11). The acupressure instruments each have a shaft (12), a first pressing body (13), and a second pressing body (14), and the second pressing body has a curved part (15) and a pair of leg parts (16). The center support and the left and right acupressure instruments are disposed on a placement surface (2) such that the center support is positioned between the respective first pressing bodies of the left and right acupressure instruments. When a user's head is placed on the center support, it is possible to simultaneously press sites on the user's neck region using the first pressing bodies and press sites on the upper region of the user's shoulder blades using the second pressing bodies.
