Abstract:
An adaptive color matching method for background mask of a desktop icon is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, extraction of a program icon; step2, partition of color areas; step 3, standardization of icon color; step 4, calculation of color area of each standard color; step 5, determination of the main standard color of the icon; step 6, determination of the mask color of the icon. When the number of the pixels of the other standard colors said in step 5 is zero, the main standard color defaults to white. The solution makes the icon and the background mask coordination in color matching and strengthens the aesthetics of the icon, by analyzing the icon color of mobile phone programs automatically, extracting the main color, and generating the color of the background mask of the icon according to the main color; and different program icons in the mobile phone interface having different mask colors avoids the single color of the background mask and brings about a more colorful interface effect.
