Abstract:
The present invention relates to an additive-manufacturing-type hybrid ceramic dental prosthesis comprising: an organic matrix; and ceramic powder dispersed in the organic matrix, wherein the amount of the organic matrix is 35-50 wt% of the total weight, and the surface of the ceramic powder is treated with a silane coupling agent and the amount of the ceramic powder is 50-65 wt% of the total weight, and disclosed is an invention which has an aesthetically pleasing appearance due to color and light transmittance similar to natural teeth and has sufficient strength to be useful as temporary teeth, and in which various types of prostheses can be rapidly realized in a personalized form through an additive manufacturing method, thus enabling one-day prosthetic treatment and reducing waste of materials, and in a processing process, an inorganic material in a composition maintains a state of being uniformly dispersed in the entire composition such that physical properties, such as color and light transmittance aesthetically similar to natural teeth and sufficient strength to be useful as temporary teeth, can be uniformly realized in the entire final prosthesis.
