Abstract:
This address code management system, in which an address code includes an address identification part and a class identification part including information that designates whether the address code is public or private, involves providing, when the information that designates whether the address code is public or private is set as public, user disclosure information including at least an address corresponding to the address code, in accordance with an inquiry request from a given inquirer, and providing, when the information that designates whether the address code is public or private is set as private, the user disclosure information corresponding to the address code in accordance with only an inquiry request from an inquirer who satisfies provision permissive conditions. The address code management system is provided with: a storage unit that stores the address code and the user disclosure information corresponding thereto; a reception unit that receives the inquiry request; and a user disclosure information provision unit that, when the information that designates whether the address code is public or private in the received inquiry request is set as public, provides the user disclosure information corresponding to the address code in accordance with the inquiry request from the given inquirer.
