Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an adhesive composition that can achieve excellent adhesion even when resorcin is not included therein, as well as a rubber-organic fiber cord composite and a tire that have a light impact on the environment, high producibility, and excellent adhesion between the rubber and the organic fiber cord. This problem is solved by an adhesive composition that is characterized by including a polyphenol and formaldehyde, a rubber-organic fiber cord composite that is characterized by comprising a rubber member and an organic fiber cord wherein at least a portion of the organic fiber cord is coated with said adhesive composition, and a tire that is characterized by comprising said rubber-organic fiber cord composite.
