Abstract:
An adjustable continuous traction line hanging device for high anal fistula, comprising: a fixing band (1), adjusting bands (2), an attaching seat (3), and traction units (4). One end of each adjusting band (2) is movably connected to the fixing band (1), the other end of each adjusting band (2) is connected to the attaching seat (3); a defecation hole (31) is provided in the center of the attaching seat (3), at least one traction unit (4) is provided at the bottom portion of the attaching seat (3), and the attaching seat (3) is provided with a line-hanging hole (32) through which a rubber band passes. The beneficial effect of the present invention is as follows: the attaching seat (3) is fixed around the anus without affecting the defecation of a patient; by rotating an adjusting knob (42) on the traction units (4), the rubber band can be gradually tightened; the centripetal cutting force of the rubber band is adjusted to a one-way downward cutting force, thereby reducing the probability of a keyhole-like deformity in the anus after surgery, and aiding the recovery of postoperative wounds.
