Abstract:
A cushion for promoting healing after perianal surgery by pressurization, relating to the field of medical instruments, and used for solving the problem of lacking effective healing promoting devices after perianal surgery of patients. The cushion for promoting healing comprises: a cushion body, a first accommodating cavity being formed on the cushion body; inflation blocks, a plurality of inflation blocks being arranged in the first accommodating cavity; and inflation units, each inflation block being connected to one inflation unit by means of a gas guide pipe, the inflation units allowing for gas supply to or gas discharge from the inflation blocks, and the inflation units being engaged with the cushion body. The beneficial effects of the present invention are: inflation blocks arranged radially around the position corresponding to the anus and capable of being selectively adjusted are arranged at the center of the cushion, the corresponding inflation block can be selectively inflated according to the position of a wound of a patient, and the inflation amount can be adjusted according to the size of the wound to control the size of the inflation block; by making use of the gravity of the body of the patient, the purpose of selectively pressurizing the perianal wound can be achieved during sitting on the cushion; inflation units are arranged on the side of the cushion, so as to facilitate adjusting the inflation amount to keep body balance when the patient undergoes wound pressurization and reduce discomfort.
