Abstract:
An adjustable door hinge, comprising a pair of base parts, a set of hinge members (2) allowing the pair of base parts to open and close, the base parts being provided with a pair of positioning members (4, 112), one of the bases (11, 12) being provided with a displacement adjustment means capable of adjusting the left/right and inner/outer displacement of the positioning members (4, 112); the displacement adjustment means comprises a gear rack (84), gear (83), and U-shaped member (6) on the positioning members (4, 112); the tail end of the U-shaped member (6) is provided with an adjustment screw hole (65), in which is provided a threaded post (5); the top end of the threaded post (5) is provided with a center hole (55) allowing an operating tool to drive it in rotation, and the threaded post (5) is rotatably positioned on the base; the top arm body of the U-shaped opening (63) of the U-shaped member (6) is provided with a through-hole (64); the displacement adjustment means further comprises a support arm (41) arranged on the positioning members; the support arm (41) is provided with a tight-set screw hole (42) corresponding to the through-hole (64); the support arm (41) is inserted into the U-shaped opening (63); a set screw passes through the through-hole (64) and is rotatably connected to the interior of the set screw hole (42); the present hinge may be applied to adjustable, concealable door hinge products.
