Abstract:
Provided is a new type of adjustable door hinge (1) having an improved up and down adjustment structure, comprising: a pair of base parts, each base part comprising bases (11, 12) and accommodating chambers (110, 120) arranged in the bases (11, 12); each of the accommodating chambers (110, 120) is provided with front positioning members (4, 6) and rear positioning members (4a, 5) capable of sliding; the front positioning members (4, 6) and rear positioning members (4a, 5) are arranged front to back having spacing therebetween and are fixedly connected by means of a connecting arm (81); a set of hinge members (2), used for forming a multi-angle opening and closing arrangement between the pair of base parts; the rotary shafts of the end sections of the two ends of the set of hinge members (2) are connected to the front positioning members (4, 6) and rear positioning members (4a, 5) in the corresponding base parts; a downwardly extending connecting shaft (51) is arranged on the rear positioning members (4a, 5) of one of the bases; the connecting shaft (51) is provided with a rotating wheel (50), comprising a shaft (52) and a raised ring (58); the rotating wheel (50) is rotatably connected to the connecting shaft (51) by means of the screw thread of the shaft; a first retaining slot (112) adapted to the raised ring (58) is provided on the bases (11, 12); the rotating wheel (50) is axially limited to the first retaining slot (112) by means of the raised ring (58). The described structure accomplishes reliable adjustments in the X direction, and is stable and durable.
