Abstract:
An adjustable electric vehicle battery replacement lifting mechanism, comprising a positioning platform; a front wheel positioning assembly and a rear wheel positioning assembly are mounted at two ends of the positioning platform respectively, and a first lifting apparatus and a second lifting apparatus are provided between the two sets of positioning assemblies; an adjustment apparatus is provided below the second lifting apparatus, and the adjustment apparatus comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a guide assembly; a push rod of the hydraulic cylinder is arranged along the length direction of the positioning platform; the guide assembly comprises a guide shaft and a linear bearing; the linear bearing is mounted on a mounting plate; the push rod vertically passes through the mounting plate and is fixedly connected to the mounting plate; the guide shaft penetrates the linear bearing; and the axis of the guide shaft and the axis of the push rod are parallel to each other. By means of the arrangement of the adjustment apparatus, the lifting mechanism may adjust the position of the second lifting apparatus so as to adapt to electric vehicles of different sizes, which improves the adaptability of the lifting mechanism.
