Abstract:
An electric car battery replacement mechanism, comprising a bracket (10), a lifting base (11), a translation base (12) and a rotation base (13), the lifting base (11) being slidably mounted on the bracket (10) and being capable of sliding back and forth in the Z-axis direction, the translation base (12) being slidably mounted on the lifting base (11) and being capable of sliding back and forth in the X-axis direction, and the rotation base (13) being disposed on the translation base (12) and being capable of rotating 180 degrees; the rotation base (13) is provided with two battery access seats (14), the battery access seats (14) being capable of sliding back and forth in the Y-axis direction, and the two battery access seats (14) each being provided with a battery grabbing mechanism; the bottom of the lifting base (11) is provided with a support member (20), the support member (20) comprising a mounting arm (21) and a support arm (22), the tail end of the mounting arm (21) being fixedly connected to the outer edge of the lifting base (11), the support arm (22) extending outward along the Y-axis direction to form a cantilever structure, a roller (31) being disposed at the tail end of the support arm (22), and a rotating shaft of the roller (31) being arranged along the X-axis direction.
