Abstract:
An adjustable textile silo management device, comprising a textile silo (2). An air intake pipe (14) is installed in the middle of a material cavity (4) of the textile silo (2); a fixing frame (16) is installed on the air intake pipe (14); at the outside of the textile silo (2) is also provided with a telescopic cylinder (15) for driving the air intake pipe (14) and the fixing frame (16) to move up and down as a whole; a temperature control fan (17) communicated with the upper end of the air intake pipe (14) is also installed on the fixing frame (16); a flow deflector (8) is installed on the air intake pipe (14) at the lower part of the material chamber (4); a rotor (5) rotatably connected to the air intake pipe (14) is provided at the middle of the flow deflector (8); stirring blades (6) are installed on the rotor (5); a ventilation mesh cylinder (9) is installed at the lower side of the flow deflector (8); a vibrator (10) is mounted on the inner wall of the ventilation mesh cylinder (9); a plug (11) capable of blocking a discharge pipe (12) is installed at the lower end of the ventilation mesh cylinder (9); and the air intake pipe (14) inside the ventilation net cylinder (9) is also provided with a plurality of exhaust holes (13). The textile silo (2) is convenient for discharging control, and can fully mix, scatter, and dehumidify materials and then control the discharge of the materials, facilitating scientific management of the textile silo (2).
