Abstract:
An adjusting device (100) and an adjustable cervical spine fixator. The adjusting device (100) comprises a rotating structure (10) and a positioning structure (20), wherein the rotating structure (10) comprises an adapter (11), one end of which is connected to a target object, and the other end of which is rotatably arranged; the positioning structure (20) comprises a locking and fastening portion (21), and a positioning member (22) that is fit with the locking and fastening portion (21); the locking and fastening portion (21) is arranged at a rotating end of the adapter (11) in a rotation direction of the adapter (11); and one end of the positioning member (22) is arranged in a sliding manner relative to the locking and fastening portion (21), and the other end of the positioning member (22) is fixedly arranged. A sliding end of the positioning member (22) resets to be engaged with the locking and fastening portion (21), and the locking and fastening portion (21) reversely occludes with the sliding end of the positioning member (22), so that a lower jaw support (101) can be positioned, the operation process is simple, and the efficiency is high.
