Abstract:
A cable buffer layer defect detection method and apparatus, and a device. The defect detection method comprises: acquiring a length parameter, a corrugation pitch parameter, a radius parameter, and a thickness parameter of a cable, the cable comprising a shielding layer, a corrugated sleeve, and a buffer layer disposed between the shielding layer and the corrugated sleeve (S1); acquiring a first resistance value between the shielding layer and the corrugated sleeve, and calculating a second resistance value of the shielding layer according to the length parameter and the corrugation pitch parameter (S2); calculating a radial resistance value of the buffer layer according to the first resistance value and the second resistance value (S3); determining a contact angle between the corrugated sleeve and a contact critical point of the buffer layer according to the radius parameter and the thickness parameter (S4); calculating a volume resistivity of the buffer layer according to the radial resistance value and the contact angle (S5); and comparing the volume resistivity with a preset evaluation parameter to obtain a defect detection result of the buffer layer (S6). The present defect detection method can accurately calculate the volume resistivity of a cable buffer layer, so as to accurately determine whether there is a hidden danger of ablation in the cable buffer layer according to the volume resistivity.
