Abstract:
An adjustment shim (100) and an embedded cooking utensil assembly, wherein the adjustment shim (100) is provided between the lateral wall of an embedded cooking utensil box (200) and the lateral wall of a cupboard (300), for adjusting the distance between the lateral wall of the box (200) and the lateral wall of the cupboard (300); and the adjustment shim (100) comprises: a connection plate (10) and an adjustment plate (20); the connection plate (10) being fixed on the box (200) or on the cupboard (300); the adjustment plate (20) being connected to the connection plate (10); and the adjustment plate (20) being able to rotate with respect to the connection plate (10), and press against the connection plate (10). The adjustment shim (100) increases or decreases, by means of adjusting the number of the adjustment plate (20) pressed against the connection plate (10), the gap between the lateral wall of the cooking utensil box (200) and the lateral wall of the cupboard (300), achieving the adjustment of the distance between the two, guaranteeing good cooperation between the embedded cooking utensil and the cupboard (300), preventing the situation of inconveniencing the usage of a user, due to there being too large or too small a distance between the two, and guaranteeing the comfort during the usage of a product.
