Abstract:
An adsorption processing device 100 comprises a cylindrical rotor 90 wherein a plurality of adsorption bodies 30 are disposed in a cylindrical shape having a cylindrical hole 90a, and a first region R1 and a second region R2 that are divided from each other. A cylinder axis C of the cylindrical rotor 90 extends in the horizontal direction. One end of the cylindrical hole 90a is closed and the other end is opened. The first region R1 is a region in which some of the plurality of adsorption bodies 30 are in air-tight or liquid-tight communication with respect to an inner circumference-side channel forming member 4 and an outer circumference-side channel forming member 5. The second region R2 is a region in which a fluid is introduced into the adsorption bodies 30 from the outer circumference of the cylindrical rotor 90 toward the inner circumference of same so as to flow out from the opening on the other end of the cylindrical hole 90a or is a region in which a fluid flowing in from the opening on the other end of the cylindrical hole 90a is introduced into the adsorption bodies 30 from the inner circumference of the cylindrical rotor 90 toward the outer circumference of same.
