Abstract:
An AEI structure molecular sieve as well as a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) enabling a raw material containing an organic template agent, an FAU type silicon-aluminum molecular sieve, alkali liquor and water to undergo a chemical reaction under a hydrothermal crystallization condition, wherein the FAU type silicon-aluminum molecular sieve provides a silicon source and an aluminum source; (2) filtering a product obtained in step (1), performing electrodialysis electrolysis on the filtrate, and recycling the organic template agent and silicon substances to as a synthetic raw material for the next batch of AEI molecular sieves. The filtrate recycling and utilization method effectively avoids amorphous substances and degraded substances from being mixed into the next batch of feeding materials, so as to reduce the feeding error of the AEI molecular sieve, so that the obtained AEI molecular sieve has good dispersity and relatively high crystallinity, and the overall synthesis yield of the AEI molecular sieve is improved.
