Abstract:
An aerobic microorganism fermentation method, apparatus, and treatment system, in particular a fermentation method and apparatus taking both ventilation and insulation into consideration. The method comprises the steps of: forming fermentation materials into a fermentation pile; arranging a ventilation duct below the fermentation pile and communicating the ventilation duct with the external air; forming an airflow through-hole in the fermentation pile, and communicating it with the ventilation duct; and fermenting. By means of the microbial fermentation method and apparatus, the fermentation pile can be fully supplemented with oxygen, and can be quickly fermented at a high temperature. The method further evolves an aerobic microorganism fermentation furnace capable of continuous operation and an aerobic microorganism fermentation treatment system for large-scale organic solid waste.
