This aggregate substrate manufacturing method is provided with: a step of fabricating a composite laminate in which a restraining sheet is press-attached to at least one main surface of a green sheet laminate, and in which the green sheet laminate has an aggregate substrate region; a step of sintering the composite laminate while applying pressure thereto; a step of removing the restraining sheet from the composite laminate after sintering; and a step of dividing the aggregate substrate region. The aggregate substrate region of the green sheet laminate comprises a product portion and a tab portion positioned around the product portion. A plurality of individual substrate regions are disposed adjacent to each other in the product portion. Un-sintered planar conductor patterns are formed in the individual substrate regions adjacent to the tab portion, and un-sintered via-conductors are formed on the tab portion side with respect to the conductor patterns. Further, un-sintered planar dummy patterns are formed in the tab portion positioned to the outside of the via-conductors.
