Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a harmful organism control agent that can control agricultural and horticultural harmful organisms and that, by using an active ingredient which is guaranteed to be safe for humans, does not exhibit any differences in the control effects depending on the target harmful organism species at a low concentration. The agriculture composition contains a fatty acid ester (a) and an amide compound (b). The fatty acid ester (a) is at least one selected from the group consisting of (poly)glycerin, glycerol fatty acid esters, sucrose fatty acid esters, (polyoxyethylene)sorbitan fatty acid esters, and propylene glycol fatty acid esters. The amide compound (b) is an amide compound represented by formula (1) and/or formula (2) [in formula (1) or formula (2), R represents a linear or branched and saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon having 6-20 carbon atoms, Ra and Rb each independently represent a hydrogen atom and/or an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms, and x represents an integer of 0-4].
