Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an AI server interface system that mediates between a user interface and an AI server. [Solution] An AI server interface system according to the present invention comprises: a storage unit 20 that stores a connection destination DB 204 that stores a connection URL for connecting to an AI server that is a server at which a trained model is installed, an input format that describes requirements for the format of inputted data that is data to be processed, a format for processed data received from the AI server that is inputted data to be processed that has been processed and outputted by the trained model, and a display format that describes a screen layout to be transmitted to a customer terminal; and a control unit that prepares an AI server transmission format that is a format transmitted to the AI server on the basis of data to be processed received from the customer terminal 2 and the connection URL and the input format that corresponds to the AI server as read out from the storage unit 20, transmits the AI server transmission format to the AI server, prepares a customer presentation format on the basis of processed data received from the AI server and the format for processed data that corresponds to the AI server and the display format as read out from the storage unit 20, and transmits the customer presentation format to the customer terminal 2.
