Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are an AI system, a memory access control method, and a related device. The AI system may comprise an AI SoC, which comprises M subsystems and N memory controllers, wherein the M subsystems comprise a target subsystem, and the target subsystem comprises S processing nodes. A target processing node among the S processing nodes is used for: receiving a computing task to be executed, wherein the computing task carries a QoS ID; generating a memory access request of the computing task, wherein the memory access request carries the QoS ID; and sending the memory access request to a target memory controller among the N memory controllers. The target memory controller is used for: receiving the memory access request and determining a first QoS priority which corresponds to the QoS ID; and performing memory access QoS control on the memory access request on the basis of the first QoS priority. By using the present application, the computing performance of the AI system can be improved.
